THE BALLET BURN
60 minute class incorporating elements of ballet technique, yoga, functional movement, and dynamic cardio tracks. All fitness levels are welcome and there is no need for previous dance experience. Light weight sneakers or bare feet are recommended. Bring along some water and be prepared to sweat!

BEGINNING ADULT BALLET TECHNIQUE
This class is for the dancer who is interested in getting reacquainted with the ballet studio without the pressure of having to know the terminology or the steps. Your body and mind will have the opportunity to feel like a dancer in a supportive environment. This class is also appropriate for those who are just beginning their ballet journey.
INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED ADULT BALLET TECHNIQUE
This class is for dancers who are very familiar with terminology, standard barre and center work, and have a general understanding of proper technique. This class will provide the opportunity to refine technique and get the full body work out expected from a more advanced ballet class.
